1、更新软件包列表并安装apt-spy
#apt-get install apt-spy
2、自动下载列表并使用apt-spy测试最快的源
#apt-spy update
#apt-spy -d stable -a Asia
3、查看生成的配置文件，里面是最快的源
#cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/apt-spy.list
#cp /etc/apt/sources.list.d/apt-spy.list /etc/apt/sources.list
#apt-get update
几个比较快的
deb ftp://ftp.cn.debian.org/debian/ stable main #contrib non-free
deb http://mirrors.163.com/debian/ stable main #contrib non-free
deb-src http://mirrors.163.com/debian/ stable main #contrib non-free
deb http://security.debian.org/ stable/updates main
4、由于依赖关系安装失败的问题
由于ubuntu/debian软件库中有时候不同的库更新速度不一致，apt-get 出出现如下的错误提示

distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

这个时候应该请令一个工具出马了："aptitude"
使用这个工具，当某个库依赖的库与当前版本不一致时，aptitude 会尝试降级当前这个库的版本，同时解决降级这个库对其它软件的依赖性的影响， 最终成功安装apt-get 没法安装的软件
